Allie believes in the power of healing and growth through concerted effort, and aims to make yoga therapy as accessible as possible. She is a yoga therapist (working with clients 1:1 in a therapeutic setting), yoga and meditation facilitator, and a student of yoga since 2009. She takes a bottom-up, body-based approach: working with feelings and sensations in the body first, before layering on cognitive thinking and integration. Her sessions and class experiences are designed to get you in your body and feeling what's happening at the edge of now, so you can find freedom in your mind through movement in your body. She has studied extensively with Phoenix Rising School of Yoga Therapy, and completed her 900hr yoga therapy certification in 2023. Find out more about yoga therapy here:

Lunch Break Embodied Yoga

A 5 class series

Tuesdays, April 30th-May 28th 12:00-1:00

Dive deep into the body, mind, and breath as you discover what’s happening at the edge of now.

We’ll explore slower movements, intentional breathing, and self-inquiry.

No experience necessary, beginners very much welcome!

Bring an open mind and comfy clothes to move in. Journals optional.​
