Quartz Crystal Chakra Singing Bowl Meditation and Yoga Flow with Christopher and Niki

Join Christopher Gebiya and Niki as we journey through the Chakras using Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls tuned to Mother Earth's Sacred frequency of 432hz . aligned with a yoga practice to also guide you through this journey. Niki will guide you through a slow flow yoga practice. We will experience a collaboration of movement, breath and sound connecting to each of the 7 main chakras. We will ignite, move and clear stagnant energy as we gently open our bodies through the postures and as the bowls also connect to these energy centers. The Healing Tones produced by Crystal Singing Bowls are not just heard by ear, but can also be felt in your physical body, touching the essence of your soul. Yoga for the Mind: A Sound Journey to Stillness

In this workshop you will be taken on a journey from your present state to calm and clear. We will access the body made of sound through mantra, meditation, a gong bath and deep inner listening. In Ayurveda, the medicine of ancient India, mantras are used to restore mental wellbeing by addressing imbalances in the doshas, or energies within the body. By focusing on specific Sanskrit sounds, the mantras help balance mental agitation, reduce stress, and promote emotional well-being. Next, you'll be immersed in the healing vibrations of a gong bath, allowing the resonant tones to guide you into a deeply relaxed state of deep inner listening. The vibration of the gongs and mantras can loosen the layers of stress and heal the nervous system. We will spend time in meditation, gentle movement and journaling for the second half of the workshop. This will help us access the deep creativity, wisdom, and desires we have been hiding below our roles, our obligations, and daily busy-ness. Chair Yoga Series with Dr. Sandra Sluberski

As Fonzi used to say in the classic TV series “Happy Days,” ‘SIT ON IT!’ And now you can do that, with a 4-class mini-series of Chair Yoga. This gentle form of yoga is ideal for encouraging healthy movement in the knees, hips and lower back, and is ideal for those who aren’t comfortable with a standard yoga vinyasa class. Chair Yoga is gentle and surprisingly fun!
Bring your favorite cozy yoga clothes, socks if you wish, and a mat!

Yin Yoga with Reiki and Chakra Clearing Meditation

Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing class suitable for all levels. In this class, we will work deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and spine. We stay close to our mats in Yin, in either seated or reclined positions. Each yoga posture is held for several minutes to allow time for lengthening and loosening. You will receive reiki (energy healing) from your practitioner while in your poses, which will help you to release blocked energies. Yin yoga improves flexibility, boosts circulation, and can give you a better range of motion. Yin is also known for helping to reduce tension, stress, anxiety, depression, and sleep disturbances. This class will end with you receiving relaxing shoulder and neck stretches from your guide while in savasana, and a powerful chakra clearing meditation - additional components in helping you to feel your best, both physically and emotionally!
