Pay What you Can Community Class with Dianne

Sunday, January 29th 10:00-11:00

Come move, breathe, release, explore and find joy with us!  In this slow flow class, we will have longer holds, gaining strength, balance, and flexibility. We will link the breath with movement, and the mind with the breath, gaining inner peace and calm. A class for all levels. Modifications will be given to choose what your body needs!  No need to register. Drop ins are welcome. Pay what you can upon arrival. Suggested payment is $10-$15, Cash Only Please.



Alchemy Yoga with Jennifer and Niki
Friday, February 3rd 10:00-11:30
Join Jennifer and Niki for this transformative, multi sensory class that includes asanas, aura mists, and sacred sounds for the physical body as well as the energetic bodies. Niki will lead you in a slow flow vinyasa yoga practice as Jennifer plays a curated selection of Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls. 
Expect to be showered in Lotuswei aura mists throughout the gathering. 
Enjoy an extended savasana (final relaxation pose) accompanied by a sound bath. Flower elixirs, anointing oils and flower-essence infused chocolate are also part of this magical gathering that will refresh and inspire you! 
No experience is required.  $30.

Pay What You Can Community Class with Michaella

This class incorporates alignment and a vinyasa flow. We move and breathe, taking time to pause and feel; observe and adjust.  Mindful movement is coupled with breath, and longer holds in poses are complimented with active alignment cues.   This class is suitable for students newer to yoga as well as experienced students interested in a lower intensity flow. No need to register for this class, drop ins are welcome.&nb
