Cha Dao Tea Ceremony with Megan

Sundays, October 5th and November 2nd 1:00-2:00

Join Megan Donahoe for bowl tea ceremony. "Cha Dao", the way of tea, is a practice that integrates tea as ritual, and as medicine. For centuries, tea has been used as a plant medicine, for healing and spiritual cultivation. This offering is a beautiful way to come together and share space and presence. To experience tranquility and quietude. It is an opportunity to lay down what you are carrying, quiet the mind, and connect with self. After a brief introduction we will silently share several bowls of tea together. Afterwards, there will be time for reflections, and discussion of tea if desired. All are welcome. This is a lovely event to attend solo, or with a loved one. Please come wearing comfortable clothing. Pricing: Sliding scale $20- $33. No one turned away for lack of funds, please reach out if you would like to attend and cost is a barrier.  Please email Megdonahoe42@gmail.com to save your cushion, or with any questions.

Healing Through Stillness:

The Harvest of Rest with Alli

Friday, October 17th  5:00–7:00pm

As autumn arrives and the Earth invites us to slow down, we too are called to gather inwards and honor the harvest of rest. This two-hour restorative yoga journey offers a sacred pause to soften, replenish, and receive.  We will begin with a warm cup of herbal tea to settle the nervous system, followed by gentle movement and breath to prepare the body for stillness. Supported postures with the aid of props, nurturing assists, and guided meditation will invite you to release effort and sink into deep restoration.  Much like the season itself, this practice is about gathering what nourishes you and letting go of what no longer serves. Through stillness and support, you’ll cultivate balance, ease, and a renewed sense of wholeness—leaving grounded, replenished, and ready to carry

the quiet abundance of rest into your daily life.

No prior yoga experience is needed; simply come as you are, ready to receive.

Energy Exchange: $45 https://www.onewithalli.com/reserve-your-spot

Sip & Sound: A Sacred Seasonal Soothing

with Megan and Jenn

Saturday, October 25th 6:00–7:30pm

As autumn invites us to slow down and settle inward, join us for an evening of deep nourishment through the sacred practices of tea and sound. Meg, a devoted student of Cha Dao—the Way of Tea—will guide us in a silent tea ceremony rooted in ancient tradition. Tea will be offered as medicine, as ritual, and as a gateway to presence. With each sip, we soften into stillness, connect with our Shen (spiritual heart), and attune to the quiet wisdom of the season. Jenn of Ancient Paths Wellness will lead a grounding sound bath to harmonize body, mind, and spirit. Through the healing vibrations of bowls, chimes, and gentle resonance, we’ll tune into the frequency of fall—balancing our energies and restoring inner calm. This ceremony is a beautiful way to pause, reflect, and reconnect. Come solo or share the space with a loved one.  All are welcome. Space is intentionally limited to preserve intimacy—early registration is encouraged. Feel free to wear clothing that allows you to relax and unwind.

Let the tea hold you. Let the sound soothe you.

Let the season guide you home. Energy Exchange: $60.
