Full Moon Candlelight Gentle Yoga with Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation)

In this very relaxing, 90 minute,  gentle yoga class, (a truly gentle class with no knee poses or upper body strength poses) you will be surrounded by only the glow of candles, soft music and the light of the full moon, as we stay close to our mats in seated and reclined positions. We will take pause from our busy lives and learn what it feels like to really slow down and find peace, while breathing, stretching, connecting with ourselves and receiving the peaceful energy of the earth and the full moon. The class will then seamlessly shift and end with a 45 minute Guided Relaxation called Yoga Nidra. You will be softly and intentionally guided into the most relaxed state of being, somewhere between the awakened and the sleeping state. Guided Relaxation/Yoga Nidra gives you the opportunity to release unhealthy, subconscious blocks, and disconnect  from stress and unseen trauma, while allowing your body to re-enter into a state of well being. It will help you feel relaxed, rejuvenated and replenished.  Indulge and give yourself the gift of self care!  $22 NO prior experience needed!  Pre-registration is required, as space is limited. Spring Pregnancy Sisterhood Series with Lisa K.
Sunday's March 10th-April 7th from 2:00-4:30pm
Join us in a unique offering that serves to bring back the age-old tradition of women sitting in community, honoring the sacredness of pregnancy as a time of transformation. In this five week series, we will integrate prenatal yoga, guided meditations, art explorations, journaling, facilitated connection circles, and ceremony, to deepen into our experience of pregnancy and

celebrate the significance of emergent Motherhood.

Ground, align and reset.  A class that is designed to help us find a practice that is anatomy driven while also bringing in flow with fluid and micro movements, ending with an opportunity to restore.  $18.

Alignment Flow and Sonic Attunement

Monday, March 18th 6:30-8:00pm
Join Yoga Love's Haley and Sean who is a professor at Eastman.  They will lead a gentle flow and meditation involving the use of resonant music from live instruments. This creates an immersive sound that fills the room and the body, allowing us to settle into the present moment, by activating more senses and vibrations.  Come sink into this beautiful experience!

Yoga Flow and Bowl at Okay Beer Company and
West Main Lanes with Niki

Sunday, March 24th 10:00-12:00
Join Niki and our awesome neighbors for a fun collaboration.  Niki will guide you through a Vinyasa flow Yoga practice followed by a game of bowling!  We will move through a one hour yoga practice to get our bodies warmed up for those strikes and spares on the lanes.    $25 for all.  

Consider staying for lunch to extend the fun.  Okay has super yummy food!
