Healing through your journey.

Yoga is so much more than the postures and the ability to touch your toes! As a matter of fact, it has nothing to do with that at all. It is the calming, powerful, beautiful, unique journey of self inquiry: a nurturing journey without any judgements. Can you become stronger, more flexible, and have better balance through yoga? Absolutely!!! But more important than that, it can magically aid you in the path of emotional, physical, mental, spiritual growth and healing. It did for me and it can for you!

I took my first yoga class in early 2006 and I was hooked. I loved the connection with myself on the mat and the fluidity of the movements. Over time I noticed emotional issues and traumas that I had dealt with for most of my life were fading away. I knew then that yoga would be with me for the rest of my life and that I needed to share the joy of yoga with others.

My joyful classes are taught with a generous and compassionate heart. My desire is to share my wisdom of yoga, along with my light and positivity with you. I would be honored to be a part of your transformational journey of discovering your True Self.

Slow Flow-Pay what you can Community Class.

2nd Sunday of the month 10:00-11:00

Come move, breathe, release, explore and find joy with us! 

In this slow flow class, we will have longer holds, gaining strength, balance, and flexibility.

We will link  the breath with movement, and the mind with the breath, gaining inner peace and calm.


 A class for all levels - even newbies - modifications will be given to choose what your body needs!  No need to register. Drop ins are welcome. 



Pay what you can upon arrival.  Suggested payment is $10-$15.  Cash only.
