Find balance to help your soul.

Growing up in Asia, Haley has been exposed to Eastern philosophy and practices since a young age. Learning techniques within meditation, yoga, and mindfulness became tools for how she saw and functioned in the world. Moving to the US after almost a decade in Hong Kong was an adjustment, and these Eastern methods were how she was able to ground and stay centered. Later, going to the Academy of Art University in San Fran and then continuing her education, earning a second degree in Cultural Anthropology, with a minor in Interfaith Dialogue and Conflict Resolution, she began to blend and find commonalities in the Eastern and Western way of life. Haley received her RYT-200hr certification from Open Sky Yoga School in 2016, based in the Iyengar method. Since, she has taught yoga to the students and staff of Nazareth University, to the refugees of Mary's place and various studios and retreats in the Finger Lakes region.  Throughout this time she has spent time in India as a research assistant studying the evolution of spirituality in women for Dr. Corinne Dempsey, the Chair of International Studies at Naz.

Haley now works as a Senior Art Director for a creative firm and in her spare time, she is consistent with her personal yoga practice, making art and traveling whenever and wherever she can.

Her yoga classes bring bring a blend of Iyengar alignment methods with some vinyasa flow to add a balance of rigor, contemplation and fluidity.
