A little progress each day adds up to big results.

Working as a personal trainer and instructor has been a fulfilling profession. Celebrating accomplishments just by observing gains in overall fitness and wellbeing has given me a feeling of joy and purpose in assisting others on their fitness path.


After sustaining a shoulder injury years ago, I now specialize in injury prevention, focusing on reducing the risk of injury during group exercise and establishing effective one on one trainings to tailor each student's personal needs and limitations. 


I live in Lima and get to enjoy the best fall color upstate New York has to offer. When I'm not personal training or teaching classes, I enjoy going hiking, fishing, and boating with my husband and two young girls. I'm also a huge Buffalo Bills (mafia) fan!

Pilates for Beginners - Discover the Foundation of Movement

Are you new to Pilates and eager to explore the world of mindful movement? Our Pilates for Beginners class is the perfect introduction to this transformative exercise method. Designed with newcomers in mind, this class will help you build a strong foundation and understanding of Pilates principles, preparing you for a rewarding journey towards improved strength, flexibility, and body awareness.

Note: Before starting any new exercise program, it is recommended to consult with your healthcare provider, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns.


5 Classes: August 10, 17, 24, Sept 7, 14

Class Time: 5:45pm - 6:45pm 

Pilates Beyond Basics – where movement meets mindfulness for a holistic fitness experience!  Our classes are designed to take your practice to the next level, focusing on core strength, flexibility, and improved posture.
You will explore a range of exercises that challenge your body and nurture your mind. Whether you're a beginner or a season
ed practitioner, our sessions offer a space for growth and self-discovery. Join us and embark on a journey of transformation today!  


5 Classes: September 21st and 28th, October 5th, 12th and 19th

Class Time: 5:45-6:45 pm


$80 for 5 weeks.

$16 Drop In

Private 1 hour personal training sessions are available.
