I am an author, artist, educator, and sound alchemist who sees life as an experience that is both luminous and numinous. I hold B.A., M.A. and Ph.D. degrees, but after a span of years living and working abroad, I chose to leave academe for various forms of healing and artistic expression. My most recent work, “Daughter of Devotion,” is featured in Awakening the Divine Feminine: 18 Stories of Healing, Inspiration, and Empowerment (2021) edited by Laura J. Cornell, the author of Moon Salutations.  I currently live in rural New York with my husband, two young children, three cats, and a multitude of wildflowers.

 

All of my offerings are deeply rooted in a loving connection to nature.  One of my favorite things to do is hold safe and sacred space for people to tap into their innate wholeness during sound baths, women's circles, and yoga classes.  I am certified in many modalities including being a Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowl practitioner, Basic and Advanced Ancestral Clearing practitioner, yoga instructor (RYT-200), meditation and mindfulness teacher and a flower therapy practitioner .  My gatherings are a synchronistic multi-sensory blend of all of the above!
