Dr. SANDRA SLUBERSKI is an E-RYT500, YACEP, a KRI-certified Level 1 Kundalini instructor, and member of Yoga Alliance. She’s taught at the Online Yoga School /Yoga & Ayurveda Center for 4 years, and offers classes/workshops through SBS Yogaworx (www.sbsyogaworx.com). Videos of hundreds of her classes/workshops are available on the OYS Virtual Studio site. She’s creator/lead trainer of the YACEP, Taking Myths to the Mat: Integrating Yoga Mythology into Your Asana Training, available through OYS, and published a companion book of the same title in 2022, available in print on Amazon, as an eBook on Kindle and as an audio book on Audible.

She presents a monthly in-person Kirtan session at Mythic Treasures in Rochester, NY, and is charter faculty for The Ohm Store’s Sound School, training practitioners in sound healing. Sandra holds D.M. and M.M. degrees in Voice Performance from Florida State University’s College of Music, and is in her 25th year on the voice faculty at The Hochstein School of Music, having previously served on the faculty at Nazareth University and Monroe Community College. She also provides voiceover talent for commercial/media venues and audio book narration through SBS Vocalworx and West Rush Media, LLC. Her 1-hour programs on “Backyard Chicken Keeping” and “Chicken Storytime for Children” are periodically held at libraries throughout Monroe County.

Sandra is an E-RYT500 and YACEP through Yoga Alliance, and brings the following to YogaLove: Kundalini yoga, yoga mythology, chair yoga, Kirtan (group chanting) and Sound Bath experiences.
